Our Scratch & Dent starter motor for the Honda FourTrax TRX300 ATV suffered a few minor scratches during shipment from the factory. That's it; nothing major and nothing that would affect the starter's functioning. Just a few minor blemishes on the outside of the metal case.
If you need a brand new starter, here is a fine motor for the Honda FourTrax TRX300 ATV model that was made from 1988 until 2000. These were manufactured with a 281cc engine. You can keep your Honda ATV running with a brand-new (but slightly scratched) starter motor.
