Sprockets for Go-Karts

This page lists sprockets, jackshaft sprockets and sprocket hubs for go-karts, with many that also fit mini bikes. We carry #35 and #40/41/420 rear sprockets from 40 to 72 teeth, torque converter driver sprockets with 8, 9, 10 and 12 teeth for 20 and 30 Series units (5/8" inside diameter), and jackshaft sprockets from 8 to 20 teeth with 5/8" or 3/4" bores. Model-specific sprockets fit the Coleman KT196, CK196, CK100 and SK100, the Monster Moto / Mega Moto MM-K80 (40-10007-00 and 40-10008-00), and the 428 chain TaoTao ATK125A, GK110 and Jeep Auto go-karts. A sprocket brake hub with a 1" bore and 1/4" keyway is also listed.

Most go-karts use #35 or #40/41/420 chain, so match the chain size first, then the tooth count and the bore or center hole, such as 5/8", 3/4", 1-1/2" or 38 mm.
