Description
The stem top and handlebar clamp assembly for the Swagtron Swagger 5 Elite folding electric scooter is made of a strong cast and machined metal. This top piece of the steering system provides support for the handlebar and the console.
The metal bears a gray protective finish, other than the lower end which fits into the steering stem. That 1-5/16" x 1-1/16" tube section is left bright.
