This is the Golden replacement anti-tip wheel for the Buzzaround CarryOn HD (GB220). The GB220 has 2 inch rear anti-tip wheels that help stop the scooter from tipping backward on slopes and curbs.

Replace an anti-tip wheel when it is cracked, flat-spotted, missing, or no longer spins freely.
