Description
This genuine Pride Mobility controller is the main drive electronics module for the Jazzy Carbon HD folding power chair. It takes power from the chair's 24V lithium battery and the commands from your joystick, then drives both motors and releases the electromagnetic brakes. When it fails, the chair usually won't drive at all, even with a charged battery and a working joystick. It's the same factory part Pride installs on the Carbon HD, built for Pride by Innuovo (part L0100612), and it comes with the mounting hardware needed to install it.
Fitment Note: This controller is for the Jazzy Carbon HD. The Jazzy Carbon 27 looks similar but uses a different controller (Pride CTL2506122). Check the model label on your chair before ordering, or contact us with your serial number and we'll confirm the right part.
Before You Replace It: A dead battery, a loose battery connection, or a damaged joystick cable can look like a controller failure. Make sure the battery is fully charged and seated, and check the joystick cable for damage. If your joystick is the problem instead, the CTL2506196 joystick with cable fits the Carbon HD.
