24 Volt 5.0 Amp XLR Off-Board Battery Charger for the Golden Compass (GP600), Compass TRO (GP615) & Compass HD (GP620)

This 24 volt, 5.0 amp off-board charger plugs into the 3-pin XLR charging port on the Golden Compass (GP600), Compass TRO (GP615) & Compass HD (GP620). It charges the chair's two 12 volt 22NF batteries and works with AGM or gel batteries. Just set the selector switch to match your battery type.

Use it to replace a charger that stopped working or has a damaged cord or plug, or keep it as a spare. It runs a 3-stage charge and then holds the batteries in float mode, so it's safe to leave plugged in overnight. LEDs show power, charging and fully charged.

Compass HD owners: Golden's own charger for the Compass HD is an 8 amp unit (MBE-CHG80A-STD). This 5 amp charger works with the same batteries, it just takes longer to bring them to a full charge.

For sealed lead-acid (AGM or gel) batteries only. Do not use it on lithium batteries. The charger won't start if the batteries are below about 18 volts, and a pack that low usually needs replacing.
