Description

24 Volt 5.0 Amp XLR Off-Board Battery Charger for the Golden Alante Sport (GP205/GP206/GP207/GP208)

This UPG 24 volt, 5.0 amp off-board charger plugs into the 3-pin XLR charging port on the Golden Alante Sport (GP205, GP206, GP207 and GP208) power chairs. It charges the chair's two 12 volt 35 Ah U1 batteries and works with AGM or gel batteries. Just set the selector switch to match your battery type.

Use it to replace a charger that stopped working or has a damaged cord or plug, or keep it as a spare. It runs a 3-stage charge and then holds the batteries in float mode, so it's safe to leave plugged in overnight. LEDs show power, charging and fully charged.

For sealed lead-acid (AGM or gel) batteries only. Do not use it on lithium batteries. The charger won't start if the batteries are below about 18 volts, and a pack that low usually needs replacing.
