Description
This is the genuine Pride CTL2104331 transformer, the power supply used on the Pride VivaLift! Ultra (PLR-4955) and on some Mega Motion iNFI Immerse (MM-8955) power lift recliners. The transformer converts household AC power into the low-voltage DC power that runs the chair's motors.
On the iNFI Immerse (MM-8955), Pride's parts breakdown pairs this transformer with the BAT2104332 lithium backup battery. Other MM-8955 chairs were built with the ZB-A290020-U transformer instead, sold as CTL1707200 or with a battery as ELE1707199, so match the part number on your old transformer before ordering.
If your chair won't raise or recline, first check that the wall outlet works and that the power cord and motor cable are firmly connected. If those check out and the chair still has no power, the transformer is the likely culprit.
