This is the genuine Pride MEC2006895 KD clip assembly with hardware (HHC 362-5-1000A). KD (knock-down) clips are the brackets that let the backrest slide on and off the seat of a lift chair, so the chair can be taken apart for moving and delivery. A bent, cracked, or missing clip can leave the backrest loose or crooked.
