Heat or Massage? Check Your Remote First

The HSW311 remote comes in two versions that look nearly identical. This one has a Heat button. If your remote has a Massage button and the label reads HSW311AM, you need CTL2302981 (HSW311AM-B-KBA-R) instead.

Button Functions

• Headrest In / Out: Adjusts the power headrest forward or back
• Lumbar In / Out: Increases or reduces lower-back support
• Seatback Recline / Incline: Lowers or raises the backrest
• Leg Rest Up / Down: Raises or lowers the footrest
• Toggle Up: Returns all power functions to neutral and lifts you to a standing-assist position
• Toggle Down: Lowers the chair to a seated or reclined position
• Heat: Press to cycle through Low, High and Off

Installation Tip

Unplug the chair from the wall before disconnecting the old remote. The 5-pin plug connects at the control box or extension cable under the chair. If the remote lights up but only one function (such as the leg rest) won't move, the issue may be the control box or motor rather than the remote.

When charging an iPhone from the USB port, use an MFi-certified cable only.
