Here is the OEM brake assembly for the Pride ES 10, Victory 9, Victory 10 LX, Colt, Rascal Conquest 4-Wheel (RSC104), and Mega Motion/Windermere Motion Rascal 10 mobility scooters. Scooter brakes can also be disengaged by means of a manual clutch or lever which allows a freewheel, or "push-me" mode, even if the batteries are dead or removed from the scooter.
