This genuine OEM replacement hand control, Pride Mobility / Mega Motion part number CTL2302981 (remote model HSW311AM-B-KBA-R), is the massage version of the 11-button HSW311 remote made by HHC MotoMotion. Pride lists it as the hand control for dual-motor lift chairs with a power headrest, power lumbar and massage. It operates the headrest, lumbar support, backrest, footrest, lift and massage, with backlit buttons for use in a dark room and a USB port for charging a phone or tablet.
Heat or Massage? Check Your Remote First
The HSW311 remote comes in two versions that look nearly identical. If your remote has a Massage button and the label reads HSW311AM, this is the correct part. If it has a Heat button and the label reads HSW311-B-KBA or HSW311-KBA, you need CTL2100004 (HSW311-B-KBA) instead.

Installation Tip
Unplug the chair from the wall before disconnecting the old remote. The 5-pin plug connects at the control box or extension cable under the chair.
