Carburetor with 24 mm Air Intake for the Coleman BT200X, CT200U Trail, & CT200U-EX Mini Bikes

This manual choke carburetor with a 24 mm air intake is a replacement for the stock carburetor on the Coleman BT200X, CT200U Trail and CT200U-EX mini bikes. It fits many 163cc 5.5 Hp JF168 and 196cc 6.5 Hp JF200 engines, as well as 196cc, 200cc and 212cc mini bike, pit bike and go-kart engines. It is also used on generators, pressure sprayers and other equipment with 163cc and 196cc utility engines. Check your engine and the images to confirm fit.

The carburetor has a manual choke, a fuel shut-off valve and a water trap: the small reservoir under the fuel cut-off switch that keeps condensation out of the carb and lets you drain water, ice and gunk. If cold weather running is not a concern, the 6.5 Hp GX200 Carburetor is the same carb without the water trap.

Order the carb alone, with a standard air filter, or with a high performance air filter. The high performance filter includes a machined alloy stack that fits into the filter's rubber base. Mount it with the wider end of the hole inside the filter and the narrower end toward the carburetor so it smooths air flow into the carb.
